The Bacolod City Sangguniang Panlungsod has passed on third and final reading and anti-discrimination ordinance. Authored by Councilor Em Ang, the ordinance prohibits discrimination of a person because of gender, disability, age, health status, sexual orientation, ethnicity and religion.
