Fr. Richard Mickley was named as one of the Sampung Ulirang Nakatatanda (Ten Outstanding Elderly) of 2013 of the Coalition of Services of the Elderly Inc. The awardee saw this as “a wonderful opportunity to let more people know about… our work to bring long life and fulfillment to persons living with HIV and other serious life difficulties. If I can help one person with HIV to live in wellness and fulfillment, I shall not have lived in vain.”
