“Watch those teeth! Watch those teeth!”

START WITH THE ATTITUDE
“If you approach this as something that disgusts you, or even a chore then in my opinion, you shouldn’t bother doing it. Thus, “the most important ingredient to giving fantastic fellatio (remains the) attitude. If you perceive any sex act, including fellatio to be dirty, repulsive, or a chore then it will be.”
With it considered s a chore, therefore, the laziness sets in – thus the carelessness that it is not done right, and, as Sonny J. complains, those teeth scraping that cock and those balls.

To be able to do it properly, not only should the suckee be in a comfortable position – so should the sucker. Sucking, after all, can strain the neck – and the jaw or the lips, depending on the size of the cock of the suckee. Try kneeling on a pillow before the guy, any guy, who is either standing or seated; otherwise, crouch between his legs while he’s on his back on the bed or the floor or wherever.
