There are those who lament the two-week waiting period for the confirmatory test result of HIV antibody test to be released, as – for them – it could spell life or death. This is why experts recommend getting tested for early detection, said to be a “win-win situation”, since “if you have it, then you can do something about it,” as Dr. Rossana A.
