And then there is the matter of different cannabis strains, which can have varying strengths and effects. So be careful in these choices if you want to use cannabis in the most healthy way you can.

Finding A Balance

As with most things in life, it’s about finding a balance. If you can do that with cannabis, then it is possible it may be a healthy and normal part of your life.
