Casio America, Inc. announced the latest addition to its portfolio of timepieces – the Solar Runner Extra Large STLS110H. This timepiece is the workout companion with various features, including solar power technology and stopwatch with 120-lap memory, accessible through a front button.
The STLS110H uses Casio’s Tough Solar Power technology, which eliminates the need for battery replacement. After a full-charge, the timepiece has a battery life of approximately 13 months without further exposure to light. It will even charge in low or fluorescent light.
Other key features include four daily alarms to ensure runners are always ready for their workout sessions or to split up their meals throughout the day, dual countdown timers for interval training, a 1/100 second stopwatch with 120-lap memory to monitor lap/split times for sprints and long distance runs, 48-city world time, LED backlight with afterglow, and water resistance up to 100 meters.
“Choosing the right sports watch can be intimidating for consumers at first, but Casio designed the easy-to-use STLS110H with runners’ specific needs in mind,” said David Johnson, VP of Casio America, Inc.’s Timepiece Division. “The STLS110H’s stopwatch capabilities and countdown timers allow runners to get the most from their watch without missing a beat.”
Casio’s STLS110H features a display with large, high-contrast numbers making it easy to read and pleasing to the eye. The STLS110H is available in three different color options including: a black watch case with a black resin band and orange accents (STLS110H-1A); a black watch case with a black resin band and blue/green accents (STLS110H-1B); and a black watch case with a black resin band and yellow accents (STLS110H-1C).
