Yes for marriage equality.

In the Baltic nation of Estonia, LGBTQIA people may now legally marry, with the first applications to be processed and certified by early February.

LGBTQIA people in relationships have actually been able to register civil unions since 2016, it was only in June 2023 when – following a 55:34 vote to amend the Family Act – the country became the first former Soviet republic to legalize marriage equality. This came into force at the start of 2024 with LGBTQIA people now able to also register their marriage applications online.

After breaking away from Soviet rule in 1991, homosexuality was decriminalized in Estonia.
