My Hub Cares has opened its new and expanded clinic in Pasay City, marking another milestone in its commitment to supposedly provide “accessible, compassionate, and world-class HIV and sexual health services.”
The new facility is said to “reflect My Hub Cares’ continuing investment in creating a safe, welcoming, and affirming environment for every individual seeking care” with larger consultation areas, enhanced privacy, and expanded clinical capabilities.
Serving both People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and individuals seeking comprehensive sexual health services, the clinic offers HIV treatment and care, PrEP, STI consultation and treatment, laboratory services, vaccinations, teleconsultation, and other patient support programs — all delivered by a multidisciplinary team committed to dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
Further enhancing accessibility, the clinic is located near the EDSA-Taft MRT/LRT interchange, making it easy for clients across Metro Manila to reach. The clinic is open every day from 9:00 AM until 12:00 midnight, providing greater flexibility for individuals seeking care before or after work and during weekends.
My Hub Cares Pasay is located at Unit 304 CYA Land Building, P. Celle St. corner EDSA Extension, Brgy. 75, Pasay City, Metro Manila
“This new facility represents much more than a larger clinic,” said Dr. Joan Carlota Ranieses, Chief of Clinics of My Hub Cares.
“Every decision we made — from the layout of the consultation rooms to the way patients move through the clinic — was guided by one question: How can we provide a better experience for our patients? We believe healthcare should be compassionate, accessible, evidence-based, and centered around the needs of every individual we serve. This new clinic allows us to do exactly that.”
The opening comes at a time when the need for accessible HIV and sexual health services continues to grow across Metro Manila. My Hub Cares remains committed to reducing barriers to care, promoting early testing and treatment, and supporting national efforts to improve health outcomes through prevention, education, and patient engagement.
According to Ico Rodulfo Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of My Hub Cares, the expansion reflects the organization’s long-term vision for sustainable, community-focused healthcare.
“Our investment in this new facility is ultimately an investment in our patients. We wanted to create a space where people feel respected, welcomed, and confident that they are receiving world-class care. As we continue to grow, our focus remains unchanged—to provide exceptional healthcare while treating every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect,” Johnson said.
The new Pasay clinic strengthens My Hub Cares’ growing network of community-based healthcare facilities dedicated to improving access to HIV prevention, treatment, and comprehensive sexual health services throughout the Philippines.
